		<description>[...] As I last reported, a new store, Frostings, is opening in the old space that Thai Spice used to take up in the Orchard Shopping Center at El Toro Road and Rockfield. As of today, there is new signage both on the overhead and on the hanging wooden sign. The windows are still papered up, but you can see that there is still some drywall work being done on the ceiling. With new signage up, one can hope that it is opening soon. [...]</description>
