Another Cupcake Place Opening in The OC?

Well I was in Lake Forest this afternoon and noticed a sign in the window where the closed Thai Spice used to be.

From looks of the poster in the window, a new cupcake place is coming to the OC. The sign says FROSTINGS. It could very well a bakery, not just cupcakes.

No other information was available, no opening dates. A search on the internet also produced nothing. The employees next door at Lee’s Sandwiches didn’t have any information as well.

As of today, there is new signage both on the overhead and on the hanging wooden sign.
