Tyler Florence's "Ultimate" thing takes several hours to do, as the shoot close-ups, and multiple angles again and again. 30MM is quite cheap, and still popular. More bang for the buck. I watched during the early years when her eyebrows weren't as plucked and her face wasn't as shiny. For me, she's lost her appeal - I have a hard time watching her talk show and have never made it through a full episode.
