Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is rolling out a line of mini doughnuts that are about half the size of its regular doughnuts.
The mini doughnuts are available in three varieties: original glazed, chocolate glazed rings and chocolate glazed rings with sprinkles.
“Our new mini doughnuts are small and irresistible,” said Ron Rupocinski, Krispy Kreme’s executive chef. “These affordable and adorable one-of-a-kind doughnuts make the perfect little indulgence at any party.”
Pricing and nutritional information wasn’t available at the writing of this post.
To promote the mini doughnuts, Krispy Kreme launched a sweepstakes that will award a new Mini Cooper car to a grand-prize winner. The contest runs through May 31, and a winner will be chosen June 15.

Woo hoo!!! Now I can eat twice as much! ;)
Exciting. Maybe it will keep the company for slipping even further in the hole. Which is totally sad because I really like their donuts, but all the stores in Pittsburgh have closed.
No matter. I hate their donuts. Like eating air. Bread donuts should have some semblance of bread other than Wonder Bread. The coverings are fine but the dough is just like it was made with bread sponge. No substance at all.
