		<description>Congrats to Chef Kirschner!  All of my kids (4 of them) have grown up on soy milk, they even had soy based formula when they were newborns.  I&#039;m still trying to adjust and get away from the fattier foods like barbecue (one of my favorites), I guess it&#039;s hard to teach an old dog new tricks.  Chef Kirschner&#039;s recipes can be found over at the soyjoy website.  We&#039;re going to give the chocolate fudge soysicle a shot tomorrow!</description>
