Nicole  has a blog that mainly uses for knitting, but often finds herself blogging about memorable meals – especially when it involves travelling. Nicole and her husband are both foodies who enjoy eating out and preparing meals at home, though she is the only one who does the baking in their house.

Nicole also incidentally frequents the restaurant of some old colleagues of mine Tom and Christy Prystawick. They own a restaurant called Food Matters in Alexandria!
