		<description>The concept of a gluten free diet is becoming more and more mainstream.  I&#039;m amazed at how many people are starting to get diagnosed with celiac disease.  I&#039;ve heard it&#039;s quite an adjustment, especially if you love breads and pastas as much as I do.</description>
