It’s about 2:00pm and the show floor is filled with lots more people. I think the idea of waking up early on a sunday to come to a trade show was hard for alot of people. This morning Tyler Florence said only 15 people were seated at 7:30 when he started his Keynote Address for the conference. Thankfully, by about halfway thru, the room had bloomed to over 150 people. I didn’t make it this morning due to my lost wallet nightmare.

So far I have watched demos from Akasha Richmond, Tyler Florence, Morimoto and Todd English. In a few minutes, Survir Saram will be giving an Indian cooking demo highlighting his new ceramic wares. Also on the plate today are Stephanie Izard from Top Chef and crazed out Rock n Roll Foodie, Nathan Lippy.

I left my USB cable for the SLR camera at the hotel, so no photos until tonight…
