Panera Bread is rolling out some new Breakfast items and they are celebrating by offering free coffee all day long on Wednesday, January 28. In addition they are offering samplings of their new Grilled Breakfast Sandwiches and Granola Parfaits.

They are introducing three new grilled breakfast sandwiches: Sausage, Egg and Cheese; Egg and Cheese; and a Bacon, Egg & Cheese all on freshly baked ciabatta bread.

Panera’s head chef, Tom Gumpel, thought about his 5 year-old daughter Olivia when he came up with their new Strawberry Granola Parfait. This parfait is based with Stonyfields Farm organic low-fat vanilla yogurt and ripe srawberries with pecans, oats, maple syrup, coconut and brown sugar.
