OC Board of Supervisors Screws OC Again

December 16, 2008

ocsealSo the Orange County Board of Supervisors again rejected a plan to implement an ABC rating system for OC’s restaurants. Last week the board rejected a plan for colored plaques to be placed in restaurant windows to let the public know if a restaurant was up to code.

In this day and age most metropolitan cities have a system in place to let the consumers know if a place has been rated. I want to know if the restaurant I’m eating in is clean and has been clean.

The board said that OC restaurants will suffer if a rating system is put in place. Are you serious? Let the restaurants suffer if they can get themselves up to an A or B rating. Shame on them if they have a place that rates at C or worse, don’t make a C rating.
