I have the same story as Chef Jeff only my story is in reverse! I have been a well known chef in my area for twenty eight years. Have opened many restaurants won many awrards on a local tv show for standard of excellence I was at the top of my game.

I love to create beautiful plates my dedication to the industry had made me quite a success... Then one night after closing my guys and and myself had a cocktail at shifts end and one of the guys offered me cocaine... That was my demise, I loved coke like I loved creating those plates! I ended up a hot mess!! After owing tens of thousands of dollars I had no way to pay it back, I did a two year prison sentence. I have been clean for two years now I am wanting to get back in the game so bad I can taste it! With the economy the way it is and now this on my record I still dont give up the fight!

I was at the top in my area, And watching Jeff really helped get my confidence back again. Thank you.
