Sur La Table will be opening a location in the former location of the Sharper Image at the Irvine Spectrum. November 14th is the opening date and FoodieInDisguise will be the first in line that morning!!

I will drive by the location to see what state the space is in and try to gauge where they are on their progress. But with a November 14 opening, they probably have alrady done ay internal wall changes and  have fixtures up. Inventory will start to arrive just before Halloween.

I used to work for Sur La Table several years ago and have helped open 3 stores. I can’t tell you how excited I am that they are coming here. This means I will have a Sur La Table less than 3 minutes away when I’m at work and about 9 minutes from home!

Their other OC location in Corona del Mar isn’t exactly easy to get to since it isn’t near a freeway and why I don’t frequent it as much. Other locations in SoCal include: Carlsbad, Corona, Santa Monica, West LA, Pasadena and El Segundo.
